    A gift can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, provided an invoice or priceless invoice is provided. The difference must be paid at the time of exchange. For online orders, a prepaid return shipping label can be used through your online account, or please contact us.

    • How do I return or exchange an item ordered via?

      Your order will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it is returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, in its original packaging and in its original condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. The label must be intact, attached, and free of any alterations or damage. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the receipt or a copy. Returns for exchange or refund are free of charge.

    To create a customized object, begin by providing us with a detailed explanation of what you would like. We will respond within a month with an agreement in principle, a price estimate, and the expected waiting period. Our team of designers will design this unique object for you.
